How can I place an order at RS Instrument?

To place an order, simply visit our website, search for your desired products, and click the “Add to Cart” button. After adding all selected items, go to your cart to review and adjust quantities if necessary, then click “Update Quantity” followed by “Checkout.”
You will need to log in or fill out the form with your Name, Contact Number, Address, select your preferred Payment Method and Delivery Slot, and then click “Place Order.” Your order will be confirmed successfully.

What are the delivery charges?

Our standard delivery charge is Tk. 50.00 within Dhaka City and Tk. 90.00 outside Dhaka City. This rate applies for packages weighing 0 – 0.5 kg. Delivery fees may increase depending on the weight, type of product, and urgency of delivery.

Why is the delivery charge slightly higher compared to other platforms?

We prioritize fast delivery and full responsibility for the products we deliver. Unlike many e-commerce sites, we allow you to check the product before making the payment and offer quick after-sales support, easy return, and refund options — ensuring your complete satisfaction.

What payment methods are available?

We accept multiple payment options: Cash on Delivery, bKash, Rocket, Nagad, and Bank Transfer. You can choose whichever option is most convenient for you.

What is your return and refund policy?

You may request a refund within 7 days for sealed, unopened, or spoiled products. For liquid and perishable items, returns must be requested within 3 days. We will not accept returns for opened or partially used products. RS Instrument reserves the right to deny refunds.

What about the product quality?

We are committed to providing the best quality products. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item immediately to the delivery person. If that’s not possible, contact us within 3 days for a free replacement.

What are the delivery terms and conditions?

• Working Days: Saturday to Thursday (excluding Government Holidays and Fridays).
• Same-Day Delivery: Available if the order is placed before 2:00 PM (excluding Government Holidays and Fridays).
• 1-3 Days Delivery: For Dhaka City.
• 3-5 Days Delivery: For locations outside Dhaka City.

Can I collect products directly from the RS Instrument office?

Yes, you are welcome to collect your order directly from our office. However, please inform us at least 3 hours before your arrival. Without prior notice, immediate product handover may not be possible.
